Announcement for Tokyo Tech – AYSEAS 2021 Online

Tokyo Institute Technology offers Tech-AYSEAS 2021 online, a joint study program for students from AYSEAS member universities. The program includes special lectures, virtual tours to companies/institutions, group discussions, and final presentations. Participants can learn much through discussion and communication with students from different backgrounds.

From Asia to the World

【Program】

-Icebreaking session

-Special lectures presented by professors from Tokyo Tech and partner universities

-Virtual site visits to companies/organizations

-Group discussions

-Final presentations

*Program is conducted in English.

Zoom: lectures, visits, discussions, presentations

Slack: Information sharing, chatting

【Eligibility】

Current undergraduate and master’s course students at HUST

*AYSEAS participants in previous years can also apply for this program!

【Requirements】

Participants should have sufficient ability to communicate in written and spoken English. Participants are required to participate basically in all program.

【Participants】

Around 15 from member universities (30 in total, including 15 from Tokyo Tech)

【How to apply】

Students who would like to participate in the program should complete the online application form indicated below, then press the submit button. https://www.t2form.titech.ac.jp/sv/354415?lang=en

Deadline: Friday, June 18, 2021, 12:00 at noon (Japan Standard Time)

Tokyo Tech will forward the application forms to the students’ home universities for selection.
The member universities nominate the successful applicants from their universities and send the results to the Tokyo Tech.
Tokyo Tech will send the results to the applicants by early July, 2021.
Successful applicants should confirm their participation by email within 2 days.
