Call For Application: ERASMUS + KA1 Credit Mobility For HUST Students at WSEI (Poland) 2025

The Department of Partnership and Engagement (DPE) is pleased to announce the Erasmus+ KA1 credit mobility program between Hanoi University of Science and Technology and WSEI University (Poland) for the academic years 2025-2026. Below are the details for this year's program:
E+ WSEI Fall 2025
1. Hosting Institution
3. Language Requirements (English): Minimum recommended level: B2 (preferred: C1-C2)
4. Number of Scholarships
The grants are paid upon arrival to the participants’ bank accounts. Visas will not be covered separately.
5. Application Documents
Students must prepare the following documents:
HUST students are requested to submit their applications (all documents merged into one PDF file) via the eHUST portal and a hard copy to Ms. Daisy (contact as below) before the DEADLINE 11:55 (GMT +7) 20th June 2025
The Department of Partnership and Engagement (HUST) will contact students who successfully submit their applications for further verification/interview (if needed).

| Students | 5 months | 1,344 euro for travel cost (max) and 4,000 euro for living at Ruse (800 euro per month) | 2 - 4 students |

- Application form
- Extract Academic Transcript/Degree (translated into English/bilingual)

- Declaration for previous participation
- Passport scan
- CV (Europass form)
- Motivation letter (one page)
- Study plan (one page, free style)
