CALL FOR APPLICATION: NUS EXCHANGE/MASTER'S SCHOLARSHIPS FOR HUST STUDENTS

The awardees will participate in a Student Exchange Programme (SEP) at NUS for 1 semester. From amongst them, NUS will select up to 5 students from HUST to be awarded the NUS Master's Scholarship (The NUS Master's Scholarship will cover the full tuition fees of the Master's programme).
From Academic Year 2023, NUS will be introducing a new scholarship scheme that aims to nurture future leaders with deep knowledge, understanding and insights into the Southeast Asia region.
The awardees will participate in a Student Exchange Programme (SEP) at NUS for 1 semester. From amongst them, NUS will select up to 5 students from HUST to be awarded the NUS Master's Scholarship (The NUS Master's Scholarship will cover the full tuition fees of the Master's programme).
Nominated students will spend an academic semester at NUS for on SEP in their third of fourth year of undergraduate studies. Nominated students participating in the SEP will be offered on-campus student accommodation (self-funded) at NUS for the duration of the SEP.
Through this programme, talented students from different countries across Southeast Asia will gain exposure to NUS and Singapore. The invaluable cross-border educational experience will put them in good stead to explore and to advance opportunities and collaborations across Southeast Asia in their future careers.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
· Be a citizen of Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand or Vietnam
· Be a student pursuing a full-time undergraduate degree at one of NUS’s list of partner universities, and nominated by the university for a Student Exchange Programme (SEP) at NUS
· Have strong leadership qualities and potential
· Have good co-curricular activities and/or community service
· Process outstanding high school/pre-university qualifications
Scholarship Benefits
· Tuition fees for the Master’s programme at NUS
· Guaranteed on-campus student accommodation at NUS for the duration of the Master’s programme
· The scholarship does not cover accommodation costs or living expense

- External Affairs Office (HUST) will contact students who successfully submitted the application for further verification (if needed)
- Nominated students will be informed on 10.03.2023
- Nominated students are requested to submit an exchange application from 21st March to 10th April at: https://myapplications.nus.edu.sg/
