CALL FOR ERASMUS + KA1 CREDIT MOBILITY FOR HUST STUDENTS – "ANGEL KANCHEV" UNIVERSITY OF RUSE (BULGARIA) 2025-2026

Erasmus+ KA1 credit mobility program between Hanoi University of Science and Technology and "Angel Kanchev" University of Ruse (Bulgaria) for the Spring Semester of the academic year of 2026-2027 as below:

2. Field of study: ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING, ELECTRONIC AND AUTOMATION 
3. Language requirements (English): Minimum recommended level: B2
4. Number of Scholarship:

• Student Application
• Extract Academic Transcript/ Degree (translated into English/bilingual)
• Learning Agreement (LA) 
• Declaration for previous participation
• Passport scan
• CV (Europass form)
• Motivation letter (one page)
• Recommendation letter (01)
• Your study plan (one page)
• Language Certificate: at least B2

Students need to carefully read through the course list before choosing the subject that he/she wants to register before filling the LA: COUSE LIST. LA will be requested to be signed after the student is on the nomination list.
Application Procedure
HUST students are requested to submit their applications (all documents merged into one PDF file) via the eHUST portal before the DEADLINE 23:55 (GMT +7) 10th Oct 2026
The Department of Partnership and Engagement (HUST) will contact students who successfully submit their applications for further verification/interview (if needed).
