IV. QUALITY POLICY
(Attached to Resolution No. 68/NQ-DHBK dated November 17, 2023, of the University Council)
Hanoi University of Science and Technology promulgates the Quality Policy including the following contents:
1. Provide high-quality training programs that meet international standards; equip learners with updated knowledge, skills, and experiences aligned with core values; implement tasks and solutions to build a dynamic and creative learning and research environment that fosters the diverse potential of students, staff, and faculty members; promote scientific research, technological innovation, and knowledge transfer closely linked with high-quality, advanced education; and apply intellectual property management solutions to ensure the interests of all stakeholders.
2. Emphasize sustainable development and green transformation as the primary goal and direction for the university’s activities; raise awareness and responsibility in protecting resources, the environment, social responsibility, and sense of community service; and contribute actively to the national and regional development.
3. Establish and maintain a quality management system that satisfies the requirements of ISO 21001:2018 standards; continuously improve and innovate operations to enhance efficiency, achieve strategic goals, meet international education quality standards, and better address the needs of stakeholders; keep up with the rapid advancements of global science and technology, and adapt to diverse and abundant practices.
