Number of scholarship: one full scholarship (1600 USD), one 50% scholarship (800 USD) and one partial scholarship (600 USD)
The fees for this program is USD 1,600. The fees covers accommodation, local transportation, tuition fee, workshop materials, seminar kits, lunch, trips, airport pick up & drop off services, and vouchers.
The fee excludes personal expenses, roundtrip flight ticket, visa, travel & health insurance, these costs are to be borne by the participants.
Application Documents:
Students must prepare the following documents:
- Passport scan
- CV (Europass form): Clearly mention your CPA and GPA if you are HUST students
- Motivation letter: Kindly confirm in the letter whether you are still willing to participate in the program if you are awarded a 50% scholarship (800 USD) and a partial scholarship (600 USD), instead of the full scholarship.
- Language Certificate: at least B2

- For HUST students: you are requested to submit your applications (all documents merged into one PDF file) via the eHUST portal before

The Department of Partnership and Engagement (HUST) will contact staff/students who successfully submit their applications for further verification/interview (if needed).
