The Department of Partnership and Engagement (DPE) is pleased to announce the Erasmus+ KA1 credit mobility program between Hanoi University of Science and Technology and "Angel Kanchev" University of Ruse (Bulgaria) for the academic years 2024-2026. Below are the details for this year's program:

1. Hosting Institution

2. Field of Study: Information Communications Technology
3. Language Requirements (English): Minimum recommended level: B2
4. Number of Scholarships

Students	4 months	1188 euro for travel cost and 3200 euro for living at Ruse (800 euro per month)	2

The grants are paid upon arrival to the participants’ bank accounts. Visas will not be covered separately.

5. Application Documents
Students must prepare the following documents:

Student Application
Extract Academic Transcript/Degree (translated into English/bilingual)
Learning Agreement (LA)*
Declaration for previous participation
Passport scan
CV (Europass form)
Motivation letter (one page)
Recommendation letter (one)
Study plan (one page)
Language Certificate: at least B2

*Students should carefully review the course list before selecting subjects for registration in the LA. The LA will be requested to be signed after the student is placed on the nomination list.

6. Application Procedure
HUST students are requested to submit their applications (all documents merged into one PDF file) via the eHUST portal before DEADLINE 12PM 27th October (Vietnam time): eHUST/Hợp tác QT.
The Department of Partnership and Engagement (HUST) will contact students who successfully submit their applications for further verification/interview (if needed).
