DPE, HUST is pleased to announce that nominations are now open for the student exchange programme in autumn 2025 at Southern Federal University (SFedU), Russia.

Course offer SFedU offer a range of course options across various disciplines, including programmes taught entirely in English. HUST students can choose from the courses and modules listed on their website, with the opportunity to also enroll in our free Russian language course. Accommodation The guaranteed accommodation is available to incoming exchange students at our university-owned dormitories, with costs not exceeding $30 per month. The campus dormitories provide a close-knit student community, allowing students to effortlessly connect with peers from 88 different nationalities across the globe.
Application Documents Applicants must prepare the following documents:
Extract of Academic Transcript/Degree (in English or bilingual)
Passport Scan
CV (Europass format)
Motivation Letter (max. 1 page)
Study Plan (max. 1 page)
Language Certificate (English – minimum B2 level)
Nomination & Application SFedU Team is dedicated to ensuring a smooth and seamless application process for HUST students. To apply for an exchange programme, HUST students should be nominated by the home university (HUST).
TO APPLY: HUST students are requested to submit their applications (all documents merged into one PDF file) via the eHUST portal before DEADLINE 12PM 27th April (Vietnam time):eHUST/Hợp tác QT.
The Department of Partnership and Engagement (HUST) will contact students who successfully submit their applications for further verification/interview (if needed).
HUST SCHOLARSHIP
HUST students can also apply for "Học bổng trao đổi quốc tế" to cover the air tickets and insurance while exchanging at SFedU.
