The Department of Partnership and Engagement (DPE) is pleased to announce the Erasmus+ KA1 credit mobility program between Hanoi University of Science and Technology and WSEI University (Poland) for the academic years 2025-2026. Below are the details for this year's program:
E+ WSEI Fall 2025

1,344 euro for travel cost (max) and 4,000 euro for living at Ruse (800 euro per month)

The grants are paid upon arrival to the participants’ bank accounts. Visas will not be covered separately.
5. Application Documents
Students must prepare the following documents:
*Students should carefully review the course list before selecting subjects for registration in the LA. The LA will be requested to be signed after the student is placed on the nomination list.
6. Application Procedure
HUST students are requested to submit their applications (all documents merged into one PDF file) via the eHUST portaland a hard copy to Ms. Daisy (contact as below) before the DEADLINE 11:55 (GMT +7) 20th June 2025
