In order to promote digital culture, share practical experience in implementing digital transformation in higher education, and strengthen connections within the digital ecosystem among educational institutions, on December 12, 2025, Nha Trang University organized the event “Digital Transformation Day – Digital-Move Day 2025.” Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) participated as a coordinating partner and key member of the DIGITAL MOVE project, alongside many leading universities and technology–education partners in the South Central region of Vietnam.

Digital-Move Day 2025 was implemented based on the agreements reached at the project’s international meeting in Slovakia (October 2025). The event also represented a concrete step in operationalizing the strategic orientations of participating institutions for the 2025–2030 period, with the aim of broadly disseminating digital culture across university governance, teaching, and research activities.
One of the highlights of the program was a series of thematic sessions featuring presentations and experience sharing on digital transformation outcomes from key project members, including Hanoi University of Science and Technology, the University of Danang, Can Tho University, Tay Nguyen University, and the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City.
At the event, Dr. Nguyen Thanh Hung (Hanoi University of Science and Technology) delivered a presentation introducing the eHUST university governance system—a digital platform designed to support comprehensive institutional management. The presentation emphasized the development of eHUST as an integrated system for executive decision-making support, data management, and process optimization, with the goal of enhancing governance effectiveness and improving services for learners in the context of comprehensive digital transformation.

In addition to the professional sessions, the forum also expanded collaboration with universities, colleges, and local government departments in Khanh Hoa Province, creating a multidimensional environment for academic exchange and sharing of management experience among higher education institutions.
DIGITAL MOVE is an Erasmus+ project that advances digital transformation in Mongolian and Vietnamese universities by promoting innovative teaching and learning, strengthening digital skills, and sharing good practices across institutions, processes, individuals, and communities—ultimately bridging the digital divide and reducing the risk of social exclusion.
The consortium includes 13 universities: 4 from Mongolia (CITI University; Mongolian University of Life Sciences; Otoch Manramba University; Erdenet Institute of Technology), 2 from Europe (Université Côte d’Azur, France; Technical University of Košice, Slovakia), and 7 from Vietnam (Tay Nguyen University; University of Danang; Nha Trang University; Hanoi University of Science and Technology; Can Tho University; Quy Nhon University; University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City).
