- Eligible students must join NUS during their third/fourth year of study (Students from K66 and K67 of HUST are eligible).
- Students who have demonstrated academic excellence at both high school and university levels, who have been involved in co-curricular activities and/or community service, and who have shown leadership potential.
- Students MUST be proficient in English.
