The DPE, HUST would like to share with you information about the Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) which allows for  top international students to pursue their EngD/PhD in Singapore. SINGA is a collaboration between A*STAR and 5 top-ranking universities in Singapore: Nanyang Technological University (NTU), National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) and Singapore Management University (SMU).
