Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST)

On August 1, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) and the University of Arizona, USA (UA) to bolster collaboration in the semiconductor sector and related STEM education activities.

North Carolina State University, USA (NCSU) and Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) engaged in a fruitful exchange of ideas and collaboration opportunities during a two-day visit from April 8 to April 9, 2024. The visit aimed to strengthen ties between the two esteemed institutions and explore opportunities for joint research and academic partnerships.

Last Tuesday (April 2, 2024) marked a historic moment of AUF Asia Pacific (the Agency of French-speaking universities in Asia-Pacific) as the relocation of its new headquarters to Hanoi University of Science and Technology’s campus since its first establishment in Hanoi over 30 years ago.

On February 26-27, 2024, the "Research Excellence for Vietnam" conference was held at Hanoi University of Science and Technology. It aimed to propose a quality assessment framework for research in Vietnam, with the goal of bolstering Vietnamese universities toward global recognition in higher education. The event garnered participation from key figures including leaders from the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Science and Technology, as well as partners from the United Kingdom and representatives from major organizations like the World Bank and Elsevier.
